Hello, Arlo!

Meet Bertie & Jack

Two big, waggy, very-good-boys who wanted to say a great big woof hello to you.

Bertie

12 years old

Bertie LOVES to eat. Liver cake and doggy treats are his most favourite of all!
His best thing is having a big snooze at home and lying on the cool grass in the garden.
He still loves a walk — but a shorter one now, because he's a wise old gentleman.
He's super friendly and loves making new friends wherever he goes.
Swimming? No thank you! Bertie says water is for drinking, not splashing.

Jack

9 years old

Jack LOVES to run! Whoosh! He goes zooming after birds and bunnies and other dogs.
He loves to eat too — liver cake and doggy treats are his most favourite!
His most favourite walks are long, long ones in the woods. So many smells!
He likes to sniff every plant to find out which other dogs have been there. Sniff sniff!
Jack likes things to be the same every day, and is SO HAPPY when someone comes to visit.

Lying in the garden

When the sun comes out, Bertie and Jack go splat! on the grass and have a big silly roly-poly. Look at those happy paws!

Off on a walk!

Walks are the BEST. Bertie likes a little gentle stroll. Jack would walk all the way to the moon if he could. There are SO MANY smells!

Splash time at the lake

Jack thinks water is brilliant. He LOVES a paddle and a big shake-shake-SHAKE! Bertie just watches from the side and says "no thank you, I will stay nice and dry."

Bertie and Jack are the very best of friends. They like to say hello to other doggies too. And when it's time to go home? It's time for a great big snooze.
